Delivery
Collection or Delivery times quoted are estimated only and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or complete delivery failures due to circumstances out of our control. Such instances include deliveries by third party carriers or by transport problems. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries where you the customer have already started installation and might be awaiting our delivery. We strongly recommend that you do NOT commence installation until you have received your goods. 

Any arrangements made for deliveries or collections by third party couriers are solely the responsibility of the customer. Proof of despatch passes the responsibility to the customer.
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are Out of Stock we will contact you to inform you of a delivery date.

Free Delivery mainly refers to the UK mainland, but dependent on delivery address and goods ordered we reserve the right to charge for carriage in exceptional cicumstances, we will always speak to you before any additional charges are applied. Our FREE DELIVERY offer is subject to withdrawal at any time without notice.

Prices
Prices and Special Offers are subject to change without prior notice. Although price changes are inevitable, all our prices remain fixed once we accept your order. All prices shown on our website are shown including and excluding VAT. 

Guarantee
All our products come with manufacturers guarantees. You may be able to obtain extended warranties direct from the manufacturer. Please contact them for details.

Cancellation, Refunds and Returns
Subject to receiving written notice by E-mail, Fax or Post, Customers have a 7 working day cancellation period commencing from the day after delivery of your Goods. All goods must be returned within 21 days of Delivery, undamaged, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Should the Goods have to be collected by us, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the collection. Any refunds will only be authorised after the goods have been returned within the set period and all goods have been checked and are complete in a re-saleable condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damage and Faulty goods
The Delivered Goods shall be examined by you the Customer for damage as soon as reasonably practical, and no claim will be entertained unless notice is received by e-mail, fax or writing within two days of delivery.  We accept no responsibility for damage/faulty or missing parts that are only noticed on the day of installation causing a delay in your installation time. We also take no responsibility for Installers Fee's or any other Fee's that may arise from such circumstances.
