The Government's Energy White Paper means that all boilers now installed must be either SEDBUK Band A or SEDBUK Band B rated. Baxi successfully met the challenge with the introduction of the Baxi Combi Instant 80 HE and the Baxi Combi Instant 105 HE.

The Baxi Combi Instant HE has a reassuringly familiar design and an instant response to domestic hot water requirements. It delivers a flow rate of between 9.8 l/min - 12.1 l/min.

With its SEDBUK Band B rating, it fully meets legislation requirements and thanks to the pre-plumbing kit and wall plate, installation is simple too.
