Easy Installion - Solution packs come complete with full fitting instructions, and are designed to suit all floor constructions. SOLUTION 10&20 are designed to link into an existing radiator circuit. Larger packs (30-100)will require a separate primary flow circuit from your heat source.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

.With a screed floor, the Maximum heat output is 100w/m² assuming a water flow temperature of 50 to 55oc.

.The systems is designed to give a Maximum floor surface temperature of 29oc.It is the customer`s Responsibility to ensure that floor coverings and fixings are compatiable with this.

.The Customer is Responsible for ensuring that the heat output will meet the requirements of the property and should use appropriate heat loss Calculations to satisfy themselves that this is the case. Continental Underfloor Heating systems are tried and tested across the uk, but every property is different.

.Conservatories and other areas of high heat loss may require additional heating.

.Floor areas must be checked before ordering systems.We have allowed for some wastage and excess with each system.If you are in any doubt we Recommend that you draw the proposed installation to check the quantities are adequate.

.Connections to boilers and heating circuits should be carried out by a competent qualified plumber or heating engineer and to building requlations and other appropriate standards and in all cases you should satisfy yourself that interlock is achieved.

.Electrical connections should be carried out by a competent qualified electrican to building requlations and other appropriate standards.

.All guarantees are for defects in manfacturing. FlowMaster AluPERT carries a 12-year insurance backed manufacturers guarantee. FlowMaster PEX carries a 20-year manufacturers guarantee. pumps amd other components carry a 1-year manufacturers guarantee.

How to select your system

Choosing the right SOLTUION pack for your project could not be easier.

Step 1- Work out your total floor in m² and decide whether you want one or more areas of seprarate thermostatic control.

                                       




*floor coverage includes an allowance for feeds to rooms but may vary subject ti property layout.

STEP2-Determine what pipe spacing is needed to heat your property. This may effect the size of pack need.



STEP4 - Choose the size of pack required.

Solution packs are sized for 25mm pipe spacing, so lower pipe spacing will require a larger pack. Refer to the table below.(Your choice in Step 1 may now alter)


STEP 5- Decide how you are going to install the FlowMaster pipe in to your floor.
Contiental believe in the "KEEP IT SIMPLE" approach and suggest you use building materials readily available from your local Builders Merchants rather than expensive specialist fitting systems.
Use standard flooring insulation (e.g. Kingspan or Celotex), use the same for edge insulation and isolation around the rooms, and sand and cement (either as a dry mix or as a screed) to provide the thermal mass around the HeatMax pipes.

SOLUTION packs comes complete wiyh either EasyFIX staples (£) to push into the insulation. or EasyFix Track (££) to clip the pipe into.If you require specialist  fitting systems such as aluminium spreader plates (££££) or groved insulation (£££) contact Contiental Underfloor Heating direct on 0845 108 1204.



STEP 6- Decide what type of FlowMaster pipe you wish to use- AluPERT or PEX.

FlowMASTER  
AluPERT Multi-layer pipe is the strongest pipe available for use in UFH. IT comprises a layer of aluminium sandwiched between two layers of PERT plastic. The aluinium gives a 100% oxgen barrier.This pipe holds its shape when bent, making installation easier for the first time user. Rated for 50 years at 10 bar/ 70oc 



FlowMASTER 
PEX A more economical option than FLOWMASTER AluPERT this five-layer plastic pipe combines an intergral oxygen barrier layer with the strength and durability of PEX plastic, ans is designed for UFH applications. Rated for 50 years at 6 bar/ 60oc.
