Each radiator is individually tested and suppled complete with a 10-year guarantee aganist any defects caused by faulty materials and manufacture. All radiators are teated to 13 Bars before despatch to guarantee a working pressure of 10 Bars,
QUALITY.All radiators are manufactured under BS EN ISO 9000 quality systems by BSI.
MATERIAL.Conform to BS1449,Part1 and are manufactured from 1.20mm cold rooled steel.
INSTALLATION.Each radiator supplied with concealed brackets 1/2 self jointing airvents and plugs in the protective heavy duty packing.For maximum efficiency should be fixed at not outside thr measurements given on the drawings herein from finished floor level.Bottom opposite end connections pipe positioning guide for manuel valve allow 35mm to centre of pipe. For TRV valve allow 45mm to centre of pipr. To prevent damage to radiator it is strongly recommended during installation to leave protective packaging on radiator by simply removing lug protectors and pre-cut tapping connection.
FINISH.Each radiator is designed and finished by being electrostatically powder coated with proxy polyester stove enamel after an application of water based primer.Thereafter ther are oven baked to provide an outstanding surface which requires no further painting to a high gloss finish in white enamel (RAL 9016).
WATER TREATMENT.On completion of the installation the system should be flushed and filled in accordance wtuh the British Standard Code of Practice for the Treatment of Water in Domestic Hot Water Central Heating Systems BS7593.
